The Academic Committee of the College comprises a group of faculty members headed by the Principal. The committee looks after the academic environment of the college and takes every care for imparting quality education to students.
This cell comprises of a group of faculty members headed by the Principal to interact with the students to take stock of their grievances if any. A sealed box is kept within the college campus for the collection of students' grievances and to take necessary remedial steps.
The Examination Committee is headed by the Principal and is assisted by two other assistant professors. The committee conducts various examinations in the College and looks after all pre and post examination activities.
It was formed in 02.04.2014 to prevent sexual harassment of girl students. The committee will look after the cases of sexual harassment and any incident violating the comfort of women in the college.
This committee was formed in 30.01.2016 to maintain discipline among the teaching staff, non-teaching staff and students of the college.
The library committee has been formed 29.11.2014 to look after the Uma Charan Bania Library and Education Centre of the college.
It has been formed on 13.05.2017 to help the students.
The college has an independent admission committee to look after the admission process yearly. The admission committee is formed before the time of new admission for every academic session.
The college has anti-ragging committee to prohibit , prevent and eliminate the scourge of ragging including any conduct by any student whether by words spoken or written or by an act which has the effect of teasing, treating or handling with rudeness a fresher or any other student.
The college has a canteen committee to look after the college canteen ‘BOHAG’ and ‘CAFE CITIAN’. The canteen committee is responsible for monitoring the operation of the canteen and implementing and reviewing the canteen policy. The committee is also responsible for specific decisions such as employing staff authorizing major purchases or authorizing changes in the menu.
The college has a poor student funds committee which decides to grant scholarships to the students who comes from financially backward family. The committee decides and select the students who need financial assistance. The Principal of the college is the chairman of the poor student funds committee.
The college has a construction committee to look after all the constructions of the college. It supervises all the construction works of the college. Need based selection and supervision all repairing works is made by the committee members. The Principal of the college is the chairman and other members are nominated by the Principal of the college.
The Purchase Committee will examine and approve all kinds of purchases in the college. It is responsible for quality and quantity assessment of the materials to be purchased for the development of college’s infrastructure. The Principal of the college is the Chairperson of the Committee.
The college has an independent SC/ST committee to look after the welfare and wellbeing of the ST/SC Community students. The committee is formed for once in every 3 years. It provides guidance to the students in availing all the benefits and facilities made available to SC/ST students by the Government.
The college has an independent Minority Cell to look after the welfare and wellbeing of the Minority Community students. The Cell is formed for once in every 3 years. It provides guidance to the students in availing all the benefits and facilities made available to minority students by the Government.
The college has an independent OBC Cell to look after the welfare and wellbeing of the OBC Community students. The OBC Cell is formed for once in every 3 years. It provides guidance to the students in availing all the benefits and facilities made available to OBC students by the Government.
